We specialise in Japanese and Korean goods but source our stationery from around the globe

Orders

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days but can take longer during holidays and busy periods

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed but can be cancelled. If you wish to change an order you will need to cancel the order then place a new one.

My order is a gift, how does that work?

If the order is a gift please put the recipients details into the shipping info and leave a note stating that this is a gift order. You will receive a copy of the invoice via email instead of inside the package. We do not offer a gift wrap service at this time.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the UK but are looking to broaden our outreach soon!

How long will it take to receive my order?

It can take 2-4 days for you to receive your order however this can change due to busy business periods for our couriers and holiday periods. Thank you for your patience!

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! All orders come with tracking. The tracking code will be on the email sent to you after the package has been shipped.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We are very sorry to hear this, please fill out the contact form and provide us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • When you placed the order
  • The item or items that are missing 

One or some of my items arrived damaged, What do I do?

We are very sorry to hear this, please fill out the contact form and provide us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • When you placed the order
  • Which item/items where damaged
  • Photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it came in

Please note we will only accept photographs as PNG, JPG, GIF or other image formats - please attach photos directly to the email and do not enclose them in another file format (PDF, Word Document, Zip) as these will not be accepted. We do not accept encrypted or password protected files. 

Payments

What payment methods Do you accept?

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept Paypal, cheques, cryptocurrency, money orders or Cash on Delivery.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will take 1-2 business days to be processed. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If a refund has not appeared after 15 business days please contact us ASAP.

Important note: We refund to the card that made the purchase. We will not refund to a different card/bank account.
